I am currently an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow at the University of Greifswald, Germany.

My research falls broadly under the areas of forest and fire ecology, tree biology, disturbance dynamics and climate variability. The interdisciplinary evaluation of tree-ring, ecological and climate datasets represents an applied geographic perspective on understanding the drivers of spatiotemporal variability of forest ecosystems and processes.
